I never really played hockey growing up. I became interested as my kids entered hockey, and it is something new that we all share and can cheer each other on! Definitely fell hard in love with hockey this year!

Looking for an exciting athletic experience? This is the place to find it. First and foremost we are a fun league! The Muskoka Women’s Hockey League allows women of all skill levels to play hockey locally.

Volunteering with MWHL is a great way to meet new people and help support a locally run sports league. We are always looking for new volunteers to join our amazing volunteer base as the league keeps growing every year. There are a variety of positions and duties available, contact us with any questions!

MWHL has given me a whole group of amazing ladies to look forward to connecting with each week. We chat, we laugh and we have so much fun centred around the sport of hockey! The environment is welcoming and supportive to each and every level of player! Win or lose, it’s about the time together. The fact that in only 4 years the league has doubled in size, is testament to the amazing organization and hard work by the admin ladies! They really know how to create an organized and fun league with surprises and a super fun tournament to finish off the year! Anyone who isn’t in this league, is missing out!
